Spiral Heat Exchanger
Typically Spiral Heat Exchanger consists of two lines for the inlet of hot and cold fluid and two lines for outlet of hot and cold fluid. It also contains a spiral-like shape in between which represents the core of the heat exchanger where the transfer of heat takes place.
Tank Heaters
HES builds tank heaters for many different applications. We offer either the bundle by itself, or the entire tank heater assembly, which includes: the bundle, cast or fabrication head, and sleeve which the bundle slides into. We can size tank heaters to match your existing tank.

Condenser
A condenser is used to condense gas or vapor into a liquid form by transferring heat to a coolant fluid. Represented in P&ID diagrams with a circle or rectangle, it shows fluid flow and heat removal. All condensers are heat exchangers, but not all heat exchangers are condensers.
Shell & Tube Exchangers

Hairpin Type Double Pipe Heat Exchanger
A hairpin heat exchanger consists of two parallel, U-shaped tubes that are positioned in opposite directions and brazed or welded together at their end plates. It is commonly used for heat transfer between two fluids. Brown fintubes are specialized components used in hairpin coolers.
Double Pipe U Tube Heat Exchanger
In its simplest form, the double pipe heat exchanger consists of a single tube mounted inside another. One fluid flows in the inner pipe, while a second fluid flows in the outer pipe annulus. HES can supply a full range of services from thermal and mechanical design to complete manufacture.
Air Fin Coolers
A device in which a fluid is cooled by ambient air; the fluid is separated from the air by finned tubes. Airfin cooling installations are widely used in petrochemical, oil & gas facilities, and power plants. Air is a clean, free, non-corrosive cooling material, which does not need treatment.
