As a global leader in Methacrylate chemistry, Röhm faced increasing demand for Methyl Methacrylate (MMA). To meet this demand, their loading facilities required expansion while also enhancing safety standards. The challenge was to find a partner that could not only manufacture and supply the necessary equipment but also provide the required level of service to maintain operational reliability and safety.
JLA was selected to deliver a comprehensive solution by overseeing the entire process from manufacturing to installation. The project involved producing two 8” Ecopro manual-operated stainless steel marine loading arms, ensuring they met the highest industry standards. JLA also managed the supply and delivery of the equipment, carefully coordinating logistics to guarantee a seamless transition. Finally, the installation and commissioning phase was carried out with precision, integrating the new loading arms into Röhm’s facilities to enhance efficiency and operational safety.
With the installation of the new marine loading arms, Röhm now has a safer and more efficient loading process for MMA. The upgraded system ensures compliance with safety standards while supporting increased production demands. The new equipment enhances reliability and operational efficiency, securing Röhm’s long-term ability to meet market needs.
