J de Jonge Saudi Arabia is Growing

5 min read time

A few months ago, we were talking about our ambitions for J. de Jonge in Saudi Arabia. Today, a walk through our Jubail workshop tells the story better than words can. The Marine Loading Arm (MLA) for the Sinopec Service Saudi Arabia Amiral project has successfully completed its Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and is now being prepared for transportation to King Fahd Industrial Port (KFIP).

Meanwhile, fabrication is underway for 11 MLAs for SABIC Sabtank and two MLAs for Vopak Fujairah Port, while our Truck Loading Arms for S-Chem and ODS Metering Systems and Aramco are progressing. Step by step, what started with building local capability is developing into a steady flow of projects moving through engineering, fabrication and testing in Jubail, for customers in Saudi Arabia and across the region.

Our Saudi team is working side by side, sharing knowledge, solving challenges and delivering together. There is still a lot ahead of us, but it is rewarding to see how far we have come. And we are only getting started.
