Bolting
Torqueing, tensioning and ultrasonic bolt load measurement.
Field Machining
On-site pipe cutting, beveling, flange facing, line boring, milling and grinding.
Valve Overhaul
On-site maintenance and repair for various valves, shut-off devices and

Field Machining Services
We offer tailor made field machining services such as pipe cutting & beveling, flange facing, line boring and circular milling & grinding at the highest level of accuracy and reliability whilst minimizing your downtime.
With equipment from ENERPAC and MIRAGE through our Powered By program, we can provide you with a tailor made solution for your project where you can rely on proven quality for over several decades in field machining equipment development.
Our range of field machining equipment spans from pipe cutting & beveling tools from 1” to 28” (25 mm to 711 mm) with larger diameters upon request to flange facers from 2” to 60” (50 mm to 1.524 mm) and circular milling machines up to a diameter of 96” (2450 mm).
Expert Bolting Services
We offer expert bolting services like torqueing, tensioning, and ultrasonic bolt load measurement. Using advanced HYTORC tools and ASME PCC1 standards, we guarantee bolted connections are tightened or loosened correctly.
Our large stock of equipment can handle even the biggest turnarounds. We have tensioners from 1” to 4” (larger sizes available) and torqueing tools for SIMULTORC with up to 4 wrenches, delivering up to 190,000 Nm.
All work is fully traceable through our Flange Management system, ensuring accurate, leak-free connections and complete documentation.
Valve Repair Services
We provide on-site valve repair services, on-site maintenance and repairs for a wide range of valves, shut-off devices, and safety valves. Using the latest technologies, we ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and precision.
Our 20ft test and repair containers are fully equipped for on-site dismantling, cleaning, reassembling, and testing valves. These mobile units feature a test bench (up to 300 bar for control/safety valves up to 6”), as well as lapping machines for gate valves (up to 48”) and globe/safety valves (up to 10”), allowing us to perform efficient, high-quality work directly at your location.
We offer PreVenTest services through our Powered By program with VENTIL equipment, testing all spring-operated Pressure Relief/Safety Valves in-process under normal conditions. This system ensures proper performance or identifies maintenance needs without disrupting operations.
Through our partnership with Appendage Revisie Peene, we deliver expertly repaired valves on time, utilizing the best tools and over 30 years of expertise to guarantee optimal results.
