Daniëlle joined team JLS in December 2022 and has quickly broadened her role by taking on different tasks. “I’m always eager to learn, and in the past few months, I’ve expanded my responsibilities significantly. I enjoy organizing, coordinating, and helping my colleagues with their work.”

When it comes to the working environment, Daniëlle highlights the supportive nature of her colleagues: “They are always willing to help if I don’t know something.” She also values the company culture: “As the only woman on my team, I needed to adapt, but with my previous experience, I fit in perfectly. It’s a fun and dynamic atmosphere.”

A typical day for Daniëlle? There’s no such thing! “Every day brings something different, and that’s what makes it exciting. Sure, there are recurring tasks, but each day presents new challenges, and I enjoy tackling them.”

One of Daniëlle’s favorite memories? “On my first day, I found flowers and chocolates on my desk, which made me feel really welcome. And on Valentine’s Day, they left a jar of candy with a sweet note saying they appreciated me. We work hard here, but there’s always room for some fun too!”
