Condenser

A condenser is used to condense gas or vapor into a liquid form by transferring heat to a coolant fluid. Represented in P&ID diagrams with a circle or rectangle, it shows fluid flow and heat removal. All condensers are heat exchangers, but not all heat exchangers are condensers.
