What will you do?
As a Project Manager EPC Middle East, you will be responsible for delivering EPC projects up to SAR 100.000.000,- in sectors such as (petro)chemicals, tank terminals, and energy. You will lead projects from initiation to completion with a strong focus on safety, quality, scope, schedule, and cost control. Acting as the primary point of contact for our clients, you will translate their technical requirements into actionable project strategies. You will be working from our office in Jubail,
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading all phases of EPC projects: from detailed engineering and procurement to construction and commissioning.
- Developing and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
- Managing mechanical construction activities (e.g., piping, equipment fabrication, skids).
- Ensuring compliance with HSE standards throughout project execution.
- Handling contract changes and negotiating variations and claims.
- Reporting project progress and performance to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
We’re eager to meet candidates who meet the following profile:
- A completed technical degree (BSc/BEng/MSc) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in EPC(M) projects, preferably in mechanical construction.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial construction methods, especially in piping or equipment installation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to work internationally for extended periods.
- Experience with full project lifecycle: FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning.
- Familiarity with contract forms such as FIDIC or UAV-GC is a plus.
- A leadership style focused on collaboration, results, and safety.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an asset.
