JMEC is supporting a major producer and distributer of oils and lubricants in the Rotterdam area with a multi‑area upgrade that improves product transfer routes and overall maintainability across their filling halls.

The project includes adding new pigging stations, routing new pipelines between halls, and designing new platforms that integrate with the existing access structures.

Four existing filters will be relocated onto these platforms to ensure efficient product flow to the filling machines.

We’re also optimizing the layout and engineering the best possible routing solutions to create a streamlined and future‑ready setup across the site. All calculations for this project were performed in accordance with the relevant EN standards and the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
