JLA Team Effort – Delivering 6 Standalone Hose Loading Arms for Renewi

We’re proud to announce the delivery of six JLA standalone hose loading arms for Afvalstoffen Terminal Moerdijk (ATM), part of Renewi. Our team worked closely with ATM to study their needs to find the best solution for their loading requirements, particularly for their narrow jetty.

ATM’s €7.8 million investment in a new jetty allows six ships to dock at once, increasing their shipping capacity by 15% annually. Hereby, the company can receive and process more waste materials, contributing to more efficient operations.

Our loading arms, standing 13.5 meters tall, have a reach of 0 to 10 meters and extend 7 meters deep. This extended range is made possible by the inclusion of three S-Assembly parts, which connect the arm’s hose to the ship. Each S-Assembly is equipped with a swivel, making the connection process smoother and more efficient for the operator.

Advanced safety features, such as the safetyladder and fall protection, ensure that future maintenance and inspections can be carried out safely and efficiently.

A huge thanks to ATM, and in particular ATM’s Project Engineer @Emiel Ijpelaar, for their continued trust and support. We look forward to more exciting collaborations in the future!
