What will you do?

As a Foreman, you will oversee the achievement of production and project objectives. Your role includes communicating progress on the production process to management and guiding assigned employees in their tasks. You will also be responsible for conveying work instructions, permits, and Task Risk Assessments (TRA) to team members.

Your tasks include:

• Supervising the achievement of production and project goals.
• Communicating progress of the production process to the supervisor.
• Directing and mentoring assigned staff.
• Conveying work instructions, permits, and TRA to team members.
• (Overseeing) the execution of production tasks such as maintenance, repair, and revision work, conducting inspections, and resolving minor issues.
• Reporting additional work requirements.
• Reporting problems to the internal organization.
• Reporting (production) results to the supervisor.
• Monitoring inventory management (if applicable).
• Coordinating and overseeing subcontractors within your operations.
• Handling various administrative processes such as work instructions and measurement reports.
• Promoting and adhering to safety, quality, and environmental policies and regulations.
• Establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving quality management systems.
• Delivering projects in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Ensure that work is completed according to regulations (assembly methods or procedures and inspection/measurement protocols) within the required timeframe and quality standards.
• Report and prevent deviations and errors in drawings or work instructions to management.
• Evaluate employees at least once a year against their job profiles.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of company resources such as tools, personal protective equipment, and company vehicles.
• Accurately report hours and used materials along with other costs.
