What will you do?
As a Work Planner, you will work closely with the workshop manager and project leaders in the JLS department. You will ensure that the technicians in the JLS department can perform their tasks without interruption during the revision of loading equipment. Drawing from your knowledge and experience, you will handle the preparation and procurement of materials and services. You will continuously inform the project leader and foreman about the progress of orders while managing planning, costs, risks, quality, and technical integrity of the project. Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing reports for the inspection of loading equipment.
- Processing reports after inspections.
- Requesting and purchasing materials and services.
- Managing the work preparation process.
- Checking and processing incoming goods.
- Organizing NDO (non-destructive testing) research.
- Coordinating various transports.
- Organizing and overseeing painting activities after assembly.
- Creating Task Risk Analyses (TRA) and work procedures.
- Processing time registration.
- Creating and managing a planning schedule for the workshops.
- Monitoring all production costs for the workshops.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following profile:
- A secondary vocational education/MBO level of education or equivalent (preferably in mechanical engineering or a related field), with experience in production and installation of piping systems.
- Proactive work ethic, stress resilience, and a service-oriented attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written communication abilities in both Dutch and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
If you also have the following certificates, we encourage you to apply:
- Basic and/or VCA VOL (Safety for Operational Managers) certification.
- Experience with AutoCAD or other drawing software.
- Knowledge of hydraulic or electrical installations.
