What will you do?

As a Junior Scheduler, you’ll contribute to our technical innovation and quality.You will be based in Vlaardingen, working on-site at Heat Exchanger Service BV (HES), a key part of the J. de Jonge Group. Your responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining production and project schedules to ensure smooth project execution.
• Recording, reporting, and discussing project progress with relevant stakeholders.
• Adapting to changes and maintaining a proactive approach to dynamic project requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and the broader project team, ensuring that schedules align with project goals while keeping an eye on timelines.

Requirements

• MBO level of education or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, essential for coordinating technical and complex projects.
• Resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Technical background or a strong interest in working within a technical environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Experience in creating and maintaining detailed project schedules.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing project priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel); knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
