What will you do?
As a Work Preperator for Piping Prefabrication, you are the vital link between engineering and production. You ensure that projects are meticulously prepared so the team can work efficiently and safely. You collaborate closely with production, quality control, and project management, and you have a direct impact on the success of our projects.
Your responsibilities:
- Preparing work packages and technical documentation
- Reading and interpreting isometric drawings
- Procuring and planning materials and tools
- Coordinating with production management, QC, and project teams
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks during preparation
- Contributing to process optimization and quality improvement
- Supporting cost estimations and progress reporting
Requirements
- MBO+/HBO level of education and thinking (mechanical engineering / metalworking)
- Experience with piping and prefabrication in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of welding techniques (ASME, ISO) is an advantage
- VCA VOL and additional certifications are a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and accuracy skills
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, and preferably ERP systems
