JMEC Engineering has successfully completed this detailed engineering

One of our clients in the Rotterdam region intends to modify three existing stainless-steel tanks by installing DN150 jet nozzles due to a service change. Because the bottom shell course has a pillow plate heating system installed, the connection is made in the second shell course. Internal piping is routed to a height of 500 mm above tank bottom for proper functioning of the jet nozzle. External piping is routed from pump discharge line to tank connection.

JMEC Engineering has successfully completed the detailed engineering for this scope:
• 3D scanning of existing pump discharge piping
• Pipe routing in 3D and isometric production
• Stress calculation of proposed pipe routing
• The execution of this workscope is now in the capable hands of our colleagues at J. de Jonge Mechanical.
