What will you do?

We invite you to deepen your knowledge of cost management and play a crucial role in the success of our projects. As a Cost Controller, you will be central to optimizing cost efficiency and identifying savings opportunities. Your responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and managing costs within projects in the Piping & Mechanical department.
- Preparing and monitoring budgets and financial reports.
- Identifying cost efficiency and savings opportunities.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and financial teams to achieve financial objectives.
- Reporting on financial performance and providing advice to the management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor/HBO work and thinking level in a financial field, such as Business Economics, Accounting, or a similar discipline.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the petrochemical or technical industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Solid knowledge of financial systems and software (e.g., SAP, Excel).
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
